Built by engineers.
For engineers.
LVN Displays is a Las Vegas LED display manufacturer — not a reseller. For more than 40 years our team has designed, fabricated, and patented the technology behind the world's brightest LED displays. Every circuit board, coating, and weld is our own.
Four decades of putting light on the world's biggest stages
LVN Displays was founded on a simple conviction: the brightest, sharpest LED display in the world should be built, not bought, rebadged, and resold. Our CEO, Craig, has spent more than 40 years in the field — and not in a boardroom. He came up lighting some of the most demanding live productions ever staged, engineering the rigs and screens behind touring shows for Michael Jackson, Pink Floyd, and Stevie Wonder.
That world is unforgiving. On a stadium stage there is no second take, no "we'll fix it in post." The display either holds up under blistering light, punishing power draws, and the eyes of eighty thousand people, or it fails in front of all of them. Craig learned to engineer for that standard, and he never let it go. When the rest of the market drifted toward importing generic panels and slapping a logo on the crate, he did the opposite — he built a company to design and manufacture the world's brightest LED displays from the ground up.
Today LVN Displays serves clients from Las Vegas to New York City to Hong Kong. But the mission has never changed: engineer the display we would want on our own stage, and hand it to you with a warranty that says we mean it.
The people who actually build it
LVN Displays is not an office of marketers with an overseas supply chain. It is a shop floor. The men and women who design and assemble your display are craftspeople and scientists, and it shows in every seam.
Navy-Trained Welders
Our fabricators learned their trade to naval standards — the kind of welding that has to survive a warship, not just a warehouse. Every frame, mount, and chassis is built to take real-world abuse: highway vibration, desert heat, and years of daily duty.
Electrical Engineers
We design our own circuit boards in-house. That means our electrical engineers control pixel density, power distribution, and thermal behavior at the board level — not settling for whatever an off-the-shelf module happens to allow.
Optical Physicists
Brightness and clarity are physics problems before they are product features. Our optical team engineers the coatings and light paths that let a 3MM outdoor display stay crisp and readable in direct Las Vegas sun.
Designed and assembled in Las Vegas
Everything we sell is designed and assembled in our Las Vegas, Nevada facility. This is not a marketing line — it is the reason our quality is what it is. When engineering, fabrication, and final assembly all happen under one roof, there is no communication gap between the person who designed the board and the person who mounts it. Problems get solved in the hallway, not across twelve time zones and a language barrier.
All-American design and assembly also means we own our timeline. A custom build does not wait months in a shipping container. Our team can prototype, revise, and produce on a schedule measured in weeks, and we can build to spec for a specific vehicle, event, or structure without renegotiating a foreign factory's minimum order.

The world's first outdoor-rated 3MM display
Here is the plain-language version of our patent. A display's sharpness is set by its pixel pitch — the distance between one LED pixel and the next. The smaller that distance, the more pixels you pack into the same space, and the sharper the picture. A 3MM pitch is dramatically sharper than the 6MM and 10MM panels that are common outdoors.
The problem every manufacturer runs into: the tighter you pack the pixels, the more vulnerable they become. Outdoors, moisture, heat, and UV radiation from the sun degrade densely packed LEDs quickly, so the industry's answer has always been to spread the pixels back out — accepting a blurrier picture in exchange for survival.
We solved it a different way. LVN developed and patented a UV coating process that seals and protects the LEDs at the surface level, so they can be packed to a 3MM pitch and still survive full outdoor exposure. The result was the world's first outdoor-rated 3MM display — four times the resolution of a standard outdoor panel, engineered to shrug off sun, rain, and heat. Because the process is patented, it cannot be copied by any other manufacturer. When you look at an LVN screen in daylight and wonder why it is so much crisper than the billboard next to it, this is the reason.
What "the highest standard" actually means
We don't ask you to take our word for it. We put numbers on it, and we back those numbers with the longest warranty in the industry.
5-Year Warranty
The longest standard warranty in the mobile LED industry. Where others offer one or two years, we stand behind every unit for five — because we built it to last far longer than that.
100,000+ Hour Lifespan
Our panels are rated beyond 100,000 hours of operation. At twelve hours a day, that is more than twenty years of daily service from a single display.
Custom PCBs
We design our own printed circuit boards rather than buying generic modules — the foundation of our density, brightness, and efficiency advantages.
Engineered to Outperform
50% brighter, 4× the resolution, and 3× the power handling of an industry-standard panel. Readable in direct desert daylight with no washout.
Every one of those figures traces back to the same decision Craig made decades ago: to build instead of resell. Custom circuit boards are what make the display 50% brighter and let it handle three times the power of a standard panel without overheating. The patented UV coating is what makes a 3MM outdoor display — and its four-times resolution advantage — possible in the first place. And the 100,000-hour lifespan and five-year warranty are simply what happens when engineers who have lit the world's biggest stages refuse to ship anything they would not put on their own.
That is the LVN standard. It is why our clients keep coming back for the next concert, the next campaign, the next grand opening — and why we are comfortable putting our name, and our warranty, on every single build.
