The content on this website — including copy, specifications, graphics, and design — is owned by LVN Displays and provided for general informational purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit it without our written permission.
Quotes, pricing, and specifications
Product descriptions, specifications, and performance figures on this website are provided in good faith and may be updated as our technology evolves. Any pricing is provided by individual quote; quotes are estimates valid for the period stated and are not binding until confirmed in a written agreement. Availability, lead times (including custom-build timelines of typically 3–6 weeks), and final specifications are confirmed at the time of order.
Warranty
LVN Displays products include a 5-year standard warranty as described in your purchase agreement. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use and does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or events outside our control. Full warranty terms are provided with your order.
Rentals and advertising
Mobile billboard ad-space rentals and unit rentals are subject to a separate rental agreement covering creative specifications, scheduling, routes, and acceptable content. We reserve the right to decline advertising content that is unlawful, misleading, or inconsistent with our standards.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LVN Displays is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
